Oh, no. They didn't.
I was looking on our new city's website to find out info about who to call for garbage service and whatnot. And I found a grammatical error that makes me want to crawl out of my skin. When asked what services the city provides, the answer was: "all services accept your gas and phone". No, no, no, no, no. Just - no. And just as I was falling in love with our new little town/city.

Oh yikes. Yikes yikes. Maybe you could offer your services as a freelance copy editor. People love that. hahaha!
Well let's hope that the person who wrote that did not graduate from the local high school! HAHA
This made me gasp out loud. That's horrible! I'm so sensitive to spelling/grammar issues that I annoy my friends and family by pointing out such misuses in public (not their misuses, of course!) and must consciously curb that urge.
grammatical errors like that just kill me too.
i'm out of the loop. so when is the big move?
